Helen is an excellent agent with a thorough knowledge of real estate and the needs of prospective buyers. On our first meeting, she was closing the open house but stayed back to allow us to have a good inspection of the property. There were a few barriers to our being able to make this purchase but Helen presented us with a number of options. On our second inspection, we knew that it was the house for us and while it was a longer than usual contract because of the conditions on our sale, she negotiated with the seller and made it possible for us to achieve the home that we really wanted.
