Very experienced and professional, but a bit impatient

Helen and her team are fully professional with the services, the teamwork is very well-structured and smooth. As the leader of the team, we find Helen is industrial standard/professional, very welcoming, respectful & efficient woman. I noticed she always place a customer in first - No matter what time we SMS her with query of the property (well.. after 7am & before 11pm), she always gets back to us no more than 10mins. With our purchase of the property, she arranged a solo inspection specifically meeting our concern (noise and weather condition day). As we made an offer on the night, she chased up the offer with vendor and making a good and fair call between both parties and we end up having the property by 10:30 on that night. I think vendor and us are both happy with the outcome. From the conversation, we learnt Helen has been in the industry for a long time, and we can feel her enthusiasm in the job.
