We would recommend Hesh to anyone selling a property. We felt that he had good knowledge of the market and kept up with what was going on. We found he was very good on communication never let us wondering. He pretty much answered his phone no matter what time it was an if we had to leave a voice mail we didn't have to wait long for a return call. Once we sold he was very patient with all of the questions we asked him. He was genuine in his approach and he didn't come across to over the top as some agents do (to get your business) we found him to be rather genuine. We also felt he was honest in his advice and opinions. We believe he worked hard to get the price he did on our home and we were happy with the price he got.

Hesh was very patient and tactful and very hard working . Never showed annoyed although I would have annoyed him when stressed out with the sale as it was a huge decision in our lives. Hesh did his utmost to make us happy. Spent a lot of time with us and with the open homes. He was always there to listen to any issues we have and work around it. I personally know, he spent alot of time finding buyers, following them up and having open homes even on weekdays although hardly anyone came. He wanted to give the time and the option for anyone who wanted to come. His selling skills were great and very pleasant agent to work with. I will recommend him to anyone who would require Real estate services. I think as a result of his hard work we got a great price on our house.
