Terrible experience so much so I had to tell Holly must end a phone conversation based on her unscrupulous, rude and aggressive manner. I would not liaise with her anymore, only to deal with her boss/Principal, so we could end the horrid experience. I will happily share with others comprehensive details so they don’t get fooled by chest beating of “elite” awards. There’s ways to be humble and ways that you should not speak to sellers to push them over. All talk to get you on board then completely ignored for first two weeks after signing. We had to contact to try and get information on open home dates and to schedule the promised face to face meetings. We constantly were reminded of Holly’s chest beating of own awards, but no substance when it came to my property. It’s about volume selling and you become a number and no genuine engagement or personal touches as detailed in sales proposal. Auction failed, way short of expectations of us as a seller and also what Holly anticipated. We didn’t get registered bidders we were told of prior to commencing - a total farce. We were placed in a tiny back office room with three agents pressuring us to sell after the auction paused, however we stood firm to pass in. Then the rude phone call saying I had emotional attachment to the home and not ready to move on (with my fiancé). I felt belittled and pressured. I then received personal attacks and verbal swearing then I said “no more”. This was becoming a bullying experience. I ceased any further liaison with Holly for the full settlement period. I would not have put my home on the market if I wasn’t ready to sell after 18 years, and knee problem whereby I could not comfortably manage steps of a Queenslander. A horrid experience. To fellow sellers, do research and don’t just read the five star reviews - there’s negative reviews that are not published. It should have been a joyous time for me moving on in life, yet tarnished by a greedy preying unscrupulous shark.
