Holly worked very hard throughout the campaign. She did a lot in the background as well as doing anything that was necessary to get the house ready for opens and for the big day. Her ability to read the buyers was very impressive and she was able to provide practical advice regarding pre auction queries and requests...which I think ultimately made all the difference to getting the price we got on Auction Day.
