Josh has been very helpful, I am very grateful to have known him to sell my property. Even though I had moved inter-state, I can rely on him to manage the sale, minor renovations and disposal of unwanted things.
Josh Yewdall’s high level of professionalism and knowledge of our neighbourhood were how we knew we chose the right agent for the sale. He sold our house within 5 days of going to market, for a record price. We couldn’t be happier! He answered every question promptly, arranged for the perfect stylist team that matched the era of our house and was calm under pressure at all times. I can see why others in Urambi Village have trusted him with their sales. Will definitely use him for any future house sales.
Josh was great to work with and very accommodating when we requested to see the property again. Made the process very smooth and easy.
