Great experience! Had an incredibly fast and smooth process with a recent property sales. Josh is knowledgeable about the current market and is efficient, pro-active and thoughtfully engaged.

Josh was excellent as we flew in from Western Australia on a very short 6 days to buy a property. He corresponded with us before we arrived and we purchased the property within a day of arriving in Canberra. He also let us do an inspection and allow a workman to come and measure up for new flooring before we had to fly back home. We are looking forward to relocating in January. Thanks Josh you were awesome with everything.

Great! Was very happy and would use again.

Josh Yewdall is an excellent Agent. He clearly understood our expectations in terms of marketing cost, negotiations, selling price and communications. He sold our property within 60 days in a over supplied market. It was a pleasure to work with Josh on this project.

As a buyers agency we deal with many real estate agents here in Canberra and Josh is one of the most professional and enthusiastic agents we have dealt with. Our client needed a specific type of property to meet their needs and Josh found us the perfect property off market in a number of days after we contacted him. Highly recommended. Ian & Penny Hyde Burchell Buyers Agency.

Josh went above and beyond in helping us with the purchase of the property. He kept us well informed throughout the process. His teamate Jordon was very helpful and easy to communicate with at the open homes. A great team. I would highly recommend them.

Josh did everything he promised. He kept us informed throughout the process and gave us confidence in the approach we were taking.

Josh was friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. He gave us realistic expectations of what our house was worth on the current market so that he could attract many interested buyers. We would definitely recommend Josh as a great sales agent to work with when selling their house.

We were very impressed with Josh and his team. Josh was very knowledgeable about the current market and was flexible, punctual and very professional. His communication and negotiation skills were excellent. We were appreciative of Josh helping to make the buying process so smooth and stress free. We would highly recommend Josh and his team at Belle Property.

Josh is a true asset to your business. He’s genuine and honest. He lent in when I needed help, whilst also giving me the freedom to explore the property and take everything in on my own terms. Josh made me feel comfortable from the start and we will no doubt do business with him again! Thank you! A+ for Comms and reliability.

Josh and Jordan were very good to deal with. Responsive, friendly and informative.
