I am writing this note on behalf of Sarah, my daughter. We have both been very happy with the service from Belle, and I think the results speak for themselves ! Your team was led by Josh Yewdall who kept us fully informed either by himself or one of his team .

Our experience with Josh Yewdall from Belle Property Macquarie has been exceptional. Josh has gone above and beyond with every aspect of the sale of our home. From the moment we decided to list with you, through the entire preparation period to our home going live, and eventually to the negotiation of the actually sale has been seamless and as stress free as can be possible. We had every confidence in Josh from beginning to end.

Josh Yewdall and Jordan Smith were fantastic. Right from our first meeting it was obvious Josh knew the market. Josh’s advice, knowledge and assistance were first class. I was kept updated with frequent and timely communications. Josh and Jordan were extremely pleasant, friendly, hard working and professional. Thank you to you both.

Josh and the Belle team were great. Very professional. Very helpful.

Thanks to Josh and Jordan for clear and constant updates, really timely and helpful throughout the whole process!

Very happy with Josh and Jordan. Very insightful and were supportive during the process. Made it super easy to get everything sorted. Would highly recommend.

We have worked with a couple other real estate agents previously and have had great experiences. Based on a relative’s recommendation, we went with Josh on this occassion, and we can confidently say that he is a cut above the rest. He was the most proactive and attentive. His experience and professionalism was evident in his knowledge and decorum. It became obvious to us quite early on that his confidence is backed by real talent and work ethic as opposed to ego and showboating; a refreshing rarity in the industry. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to work with again.

Josh Yewdall and Jordan Smith handled the sale of our house in Flynn. We had lived there for over 30 years and this was a big step for us and quite stressful. Josh and Jordan made things a lot easier by guiding us through all the things we had to do, calmly, but enthusiastically. We got more that we really expect on the sale thanks to Josh's experience and negotiating skills. Jordan was great in dealing with the house showings and we were always kept up to date on how they went. If we were to move again (which is unlikely) we would certainly call for Josh. I highly recommend Josh and his team for their efficiency, expertise, and remarkable service.
