I actually never met Iain face to face, however he was very helpful during Covid. I was about to inspect a property however found out that I got Covid. Iain was kind enough to take a video for me and send it to me for a virtual tour. Even though I didn't get the property however appreciated his help when I had a difficult time. Having looked for a property for my mother since mid last year, we've had a lot of experiences with different real estate agents, and as a buyer, I was extremely impressed with Iain's knowledge of the property and its contract, and his no-pressure approach. He has a great balance between our needs as the buyer and the vendor with regards to inspections etc. He was also very considered in his approach with regards to the concerns with we had the property, not disputing or disregarding them like some other agents, but giving them due consideration and suggesting other options/fixes.
