Having looked for a property for my mother since mid last year, we've had a lot of experiences with different real estate agents, and as a buyer, I was extremely impressed with Iain's knowledge of the property and its contract, and his no-pressure approach. He has a great balance between our needs as the buyer and the vendor with regards to inspections etc. He was also very considered in his approach with regards to the concerns with we had the property, not disputing or disregarding them like some other agents, but giving them due consideration and suggesting other options/fixes. He has been one of the real estate agents I have felt comfortable with dealing with and I think this has really helped us make the decision to purchase this property.
