Ian seems to have very good knowledge of the market, and what's going on. He's also happy to help anytime, even after hours.

Ian was very patient as I worked my way through the financing and being in a position to purchase a property. He was very responsive when I was ready to inspect the property and provided a virtual inspection when requested. I was able to get the unit I wanted and Ian was able to get the vendor to the party to sell it prior to when they were ready. Ian set the expectations for the property early and then I was able to work out the finances to cover that price. He also made sure that the financing extension could go through when time became an issue.
