When I was looking for an agent to sell my house, I was considering three people from different agencies. Ian really stood out as he was quite a warm and engaging individual. The first impression was a great one with a lot of laughs and straight up chat, with no wild promises. I knew I wanted potential buyers to also have a positive experience with my agent, so I choose Ian. He was always lovely to deal with, professional, and his team were great, no doubt a testament to his leadership. Neither they nor he ever made me feel like I was disturbing them with my questions, which is important when you're selling, especially in today's uncertain market. I had a vendors advocate with me through the process, and Ian worked really well with him making me feel confident in my choice.
