We were looking to downsize but could not find anything suitable, Ian suggested building which seemed quite daunting, but he found the perfect block not far from our current home at a very competitive price. He helped us choose a builder and even assisted with the design of the home. He is a very knowledgeable and professional agent but with such a cheerful demeanour it was like dealing with an old friend, we were more than happy to be guided by him during the whole process.
