They both sat with us on several occasions whilst we were looking for an agent and went through the details, and the services that Barry Plant offer. We did seek out several agents, and we interviewed them as much as they interviewed us, Ian and Sarah both came across with great ideas of selling by Sell by date, which was very new to us. And would also be open to a few phone calls with any questions that we wanted to ask. I found both Ian and Sarah down to earth and honest in their opinions in the sale of our house and how to present it. Not at any time did we feel pressured in anyway, but comfortable with the support we had. Both were open to discussion with price and how to deal with open house.
