Ian Strutton made the move into real estate in 2013 after a period in the Royal Australian Navy and over 25 years in corporate and institutional banking roles across Australia. With superior sales, marketing and negotiation skills and a passion for people, results and customer service, Ian is already recognised as an award-winning agent since joining the Harcourts group in late 2016. His market knowledge and business acumen are second to none and have been honed and developed successfully over a long time. He has sold numerous properties in and around Hobart and is well acquainted with the area and it’s multitude of offerings. Ian lives locally in New Town with his wife Anna and his two daughters, Genevieve and Josephine. Highly Recommend

Ian was very helpful from the point of contact to sale. He is always friendly and willing to listen to your requirements. Highly recommend him as an agent.

Best realtor that I have dealt with

I purchased a property with harcourts in September 2020. Ian was realtor and he went above and beyond to accomodate my needs. He accepted white goods before I arrived and set them up. He answered multiple calls from me with queries about items around the house once I had moved in. But the best - he brought me coffee most days during my 2 week enforced quarantine as I had moved from Queensland. Social distancing always!. Never expected that someone could be so kind and so accommodating. I can not recommend him highly enough
