Aaron was an excellent communicator throughout the selling process. He got us listed and sold at above asking price within a week. The depth of his connections with many buyers was evident through the multiple offers we received. Would highly recommend him to any seller. He promised big and delvered big.

"I cannot recommend Aaron highly enough! Their expertise in the Northern Subsurb market area was evident from our first meeting. He was incredibly helfull and professional, He was always there at a drop of the hat and kept us informed at every step of the process ! ( Could not have been more impressed)

Aaron was awesome, professional and approachable throughout our sale. We had many dramas and delays (unrelated to Aaron) during the process and he supported us throughout the whole journey! Highly recommend working with Aaron.

We were so impressed with Nat’s energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, and knowledge of the market. As we don’t live in Tasmania, it was reassuring to have someone we could completely trust to manage everything for us. Nat went above and beyond, from recommending the necessary maintenance, repairs and painting, to organising everything on our behalf. She made the entire process so easy and stress-free for us. Thanks to Nat’s hard work, dedication and expert guidance, we were able to achieve the price we wanted.

We primarily dealt with Yatin during our purchase, he was warm yet professional and prompt with all communication. The entire purchase from beginning to end was easy and stress free, an indication of the competence of the team no doubt. We love our new home and appreciate Downton Property helping us find it. Thanks again!

Nat, has been a pleasure to deal with, provided information where required, advised on local area knowledge, shared information transparently and was helpful with any concerns and hiccups along the way.

We have sold with Harry previously and were very happy to work with Harry again. Harry and Nick once again provided exceptional insight and collaboration. Another success story!

From the start Harry made the process all about us and our journey. We first met Harry five years ago when we purchased our property and came full circle knowing when we decided to sell Harry & the Peterswald team were an obvious choice. The process was genuine, organised with attential to detail whilst still keeping a personal touch. The regular check ins and market knowledge were invaluable to us feeling confident selling our first property. We wouldn't hesitate to use Harry, Nick and the team again in the future and recommend to our friends. Thank you Harry - two very happy vendors!
