Both Igor and Declan are great agents. They helped us through the process of finding our perfect home which ticked most boxes we were looking for. They are extremely professional and set both buyers and sellers expectations realistically. In my opinion they’ve displayed the best houses in hills area and it was predetermined for us to buy with them. I would highly recommend them to friends and family!!
The Manor team was very professional and communicated clearly at every step during the purchase process.
Dealing with Igor and Declan from Manor was an absolute pleasure and pressure free. Their market knowledge in my opinion place them as leaders in the Hills area, this coupled with their communication with me throughout the process provided the confidence that my property sale was in experienced hands. Nothing was a problem. The results say it all, sold after the first open home for a price above my expectations. Manor is the agency of choice if you want integrity and professional service in the sale of your property. I will not hesitate to engage Igor and Declan from Manor in any future property transaction I have and would recommend them to anyone in the Hills area thinking of selling their property.
The sale of my home through Manor Real Estate, Baulkham Hills, with Igor, Declan and the team, was a smooth and well run campaign. I was kept well informed at all times, and I was most impressed with their local knowledge and top class service. They sold my home very quickly, and additionally gave me welcome advice and assistance in the search and purchase of my new home, which is out of their area. I thoroughly recommend Igor and Manor Real Estate, Baulkham Hills.
We found Igor very approachable, easy to communicate with and he understood our needs. The selling of our family home of 38 years was made a pleasurable experience as Igor guided us through the process. All communication was very prompt and all promises were delivered. Igor always went out of his way to meet with us and keep us up to date. We would sincerely recommend him to any of our friends.
Igor & his team ( Sam & Darron ) were recommended to us by three other neighbors who had already sold their homes through Igor. Even though the price we received didn't quite reach our expectations, it was due to the downturn in the market at the time. Igor & team were very friendly, answered any query we had, clearly explained every step of the sale & were very professional both with the legal paperwork and their appearance. Would and have recommended them to others..
Igor and his team were brilliant. We had previously tried selling with another real estate and as soon as we went with Manor we realised we should have done it sooner. They were honest, helpful and supportive throughout the process which as we know can be stressful at times. The effort they put in to sell your property is second to none...i still can't believe they did open homes on a Saturday and on a Sunday. I can't thank Igor and the team enough, a team you can trust to do the right thing by you.
We found Igor great to deal with. He was always available and kept us well informed during during the whole process. We thank him for the sale and for being friendly and professional.
After suffering a failed auction with another agent, Igor & Declan sold our house in 1 week at the start of a new campaign for above our reserve price. Their knowledge of the area is fantastic and we would highly recommend them to all our friends and family. Thank you so much for fulfilling our dreams and enabling us to make the move to the beaches, Paul & Trish.
Our recent sale result was better than expected. Throughout the sale campaign Igor and his team were excellent at every level - realistic advice as to price expectation, courteous, informative, always communicated property inspection results and reflected a high level of professionalism. On the day of auction they were as excited as we were and their advice as to the bidding process resulted in a sale price in excess of the reserve we had placed on the home. We have no hesitation recommending Manor Real Estate to any property owner - they have very good and different marketing methods (e.g. twilight viewings and Sunday inspections) and in the Hills area their blue and white signs are everywhere thereby ensuring exposure to a large number of potential buyers. We would use them again. Marika and Michael THOMAS
Igor and Declan were extremely knowledgeable and professional in our negotiations with them. They answered all of my questions and were a pleasure to deal with. I’d definitely recommend and use them again.
Igor was very professional and accomodating to our situation. Igor and his team, were very knowledgeable of the market and the neighbourhood. Igor listened to us, understood what we wanted and presented a strategy that we were very comfortable following. Throughout the whole process Igor, along with Declan, were very helpful, communicated extremely well, and responded quickly to all our questions which made the sale of our home nearly stress-free. We highly recommend Igor and the Manor Team if you are selling in the Hills area!
