I can't recommend Igor and his team at Manor Real Estate highly enough. They are incredibly responsive, explain the process in plain language, and pay attention to the details. We got pragmatic, timely advice and ended up extremely happy with the end result. Excellent service at a really competitive price.

We developed a great relationship with Igor and Declan over a fairly long period of time. While we were toying with the idea of downsizing, they provided their expertise and knowledge, to assist us in considering our options and recommended tradespeople, in order to prepare our home for sale. Once we were ready to buy and sell, things happened quickly and they did a great job promoting and selling our house. They gave helpful advice along the way, promptly returning calls and keeping us up to date with developments. We were very happy with the outcome.

From the start Igor' s friendly manner shone through. His daily communications throughout the sales process kept us in the loop and aware of everything that him and his team were doing. He was always approachable no question too small to answer. Igor has an excellent work ethic, always going the extra mile. I would recommend Igor and his team to anyone looking to sell.

Igor assisted me with the purchase of 11 Churchill Drive Winston Hills residence. He was extremely helpful, genuine and honest throughout the whole process and was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him to any one buying or selling property. Regards Feris Chehade

Igor did a great job selling our property, we were very happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.

Has good market knowledge and communication is excellent, responds very quickly

Igor came to me after his colleague, Declan, cold called my mum to ask if she was interested in selling. Igor and Declan sat with me for several hours talking about selling and getting to know each other. He was certainly well presented as we expect real estate agents to be. I felt he was keen to work for mum to get the best price she could. He was helpful and on the ball when it came to responding the a down turn in the market. If ever I was in the situation of selling again, I would use Igor.

Igor and Declan provided honest and reliable updates throughout the process.

Thanks Igor and Declan you guys made the whole process of selling our house very easy, from the beginning to the end you were there to answer any questions we had . You both were punctual and professional and always sensitive to our concerns . I would highly recommend Manor real estate if selling your property. Great team and most important they worked very hard to achieve a great result

Igor was really easy to deal with, kept me informed of interested buyers and feedback both informally and via weekly reports, and worked hard to complete a sale at a great price. I would definitely recommend Igor to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Good game plan from the beginning , kept me updated , and pushed to get the best result , would recommend Igor and his team to family and friends , and will go back to him when I am buying or selling

Igor and Declan were the selling agents for our property. In all dealings with them, we found them to be knowledgeable and of great assistance in the successful outcome of our sale. We accepted their advice on our sales approach which lead to a sale "off market" - without the need for an extended advertising and marketing campaign.
