Think twice before engaging Ilia or his auctioneer. Do your research/seek feedback from clients who haven't reviewed him online. In my opinion his conduct towards me was unprofessional, immoral, unethical and rude. He declined the opportunity to address issues and meet. This indicates a lack of professionalism, no client care and poor service. No surprise that auction day was a disaster and the property sold well below expectations or agreed reserve without full consent of all parties.

Ilian was fabulous when buying our property. Very personable and funny. He was honest and did his best to get it over the line.. Not only was he looking out for his client but also us as a buyer. He was fair and realistic and went back to the sellers with honest feedback regarding us purchasing their home.
