Ilian was fabulous when buying our property. Very personable and funny. He was honest and did his best to get it over the line.. Not only was he looking out for his client but also us as a buyer. He was fair and realistic and went back to the sellers with honest feedback regarding us purchasing their home. He was so good we used him to sell our house in the same month which he sold like a professional. Would recommend Ilia and his wonderful wife to anyone. Love is lucky to have them.
