Ilia went the extra kilometres in ensuring we had as many interested auction competitors as possible. He managed the whole process in a very short time of 3 weeks. It was amazing experience. The stylist, the photographer, and everything else, he organised them all in the blink. The people he called showed up as promised and did the wonderful job. Again amazing and unbelievable. He made additional arrangements to ensure we met the very tight time schedule. The decoration and photography he arranged were excellent and extremely professional. So much so that we had record numbers of interested people come to inspections. On auction day, we witnessed a very large turn up of interested people, none of whom were neighbours.

Ilia was readily available to answer any questions and to the point of additional inspections so we could reflect on the quality of this house. He also allowed as much time as we needed to inspect all the facilities and equipment. Ilia consistently requested answers from the vendor when he could not directly answer.
