Ingrid and Jade did an excellent job in selling our home. We found them very helpful in providing advice and assistance to get the house ready for sale. Their work in marketing the property was very good, and they were able to bring in buyers from other areas in which they focus on, which was helpful. Their communication post showing was excellent, clearly informing us of the genuine buyers that went through and their follow up actions. They did an exceptional job in closing the sale, generating competition between buyers which resulted in a material increase in price. Our home was a little unusual, making it probably more difficult to sell than other houses in the area, and we were selling in a bit of a difficult market, so it's a testament to their hard work that they were able to get the house sold for the right price on time. Hello I would like to attest to the service provided by The Property Exchange to myself and my family on the sale of our family home in Leederville over the November and December 2017 period. We engaged Ingrid Bradshaw due to my wife’s past experience with Ingrid who helped to sell my mother-in-law’s property in Leederville several years ago. On first contact with Ingrid it was clear that she knew the Leederville area well and provided us with realistic expectations about price, timing and other elements of selling a house. She provided a very professional package to us with lots of documentation and information relating to the area and what we could be expect to encounter during the marketing and sales process. Her responsiveness was first class as was her advice and genuine passion to achieve a good outcome for us. She also regularly kept us informed and updated about what was happening. She also provided intel on matters relating to the tax implications for the sale of my mother’s house and provided a recommendation to a great settlement agent that we ended up using. These extra services provided some relief to the family as we were dealing with a number of other matters relating to mum’s placement in a nursing home.
