We engaged James to sell our property after meeting with three other agents. His personal approach to developing a sales strategy and his market knowledge came across in our early discussions and his ambition on the price he believed to be achievable was also based on a strong mix of market data and experience. The sales process for us was further complicated by the fact that we live in a different State than our property and the home was inhabited by a family member.
