My geographical location did not make communication any easier but James rose to the occassions every time. James demonstrated he is a great listener, creative in his describing the roof of the apartment building using two slashes on the keyboard, not shy to show the unit virtually, made that extra few phone calls to ensure I am updated with information on the go, co-ordinated inspectors and reports, see through the timely settlement of the purchase process.
