Irena was amazing from the start. I found Irena through word of mouth myself and cannot fault her service. Irena's communication was amazing, and her ability to cut through the BS to reality is awesome. Irena has such a breadth of knowledge of the industry and was so happy to help above and beyond selling our house. I'd recommend Irena to anyone who wants to get things done asap, with professionalism and to such a high quality; she really is the best agent and person out there. The actual sale was easy. Irena had great advice on presentation for the house and I love the "don't sweat the small stuff" as it made us feel comfortable and on top of things. We got a price beyond what we expected and we knew that our prospective buyers were treated with respect and humility, which was important to us. Our next sale will be going through Irena for sure!
