Trying to sell an older house that needed a lot of TLC in not an ideal market seemed like it would never happen, especially as we are no longer in town to be on top of things, but Iris got it done! She persisted, followed up everything, communicated well and got us an acceptable price.
Iris was by far the best agent we have ever dealt with. Thank you for a hassle free buying experience and for going the extra mile for us, much appreciated.
Iris was great to work with. She was very responsive with answering all of my questions. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was very happy with the experience.
Iris has a great knowledge of the local Kalgoorlie market and was excellent to deal with from start to finish. As interstate owners we required someone who would take lead and provide good communication. Iris far exceeded our expectations for communication during the sale of our property. Iris kept the process simple without compromise to any of the important details, providing sound advice and reassurance throughout the sales process and assisting with last minute arrangements for property before settlement. We are very thankful for having such an easy and uncomplicated sale.
We would like to thank iris, when it came to having everything in place and keeping the ball moving she put above and beyond amount of effort in! Very happy buyers! Thankyou 😊highly recommend! Thanks from the neagles!
I chose Iris to represent me firstly, because I saw her properties advertised on Facebook, and from that, I got the impression that she was a real go getter. Other agents I had used over the years, (and I'd been trying to sell my property for a very long time) seemed to loose interest very quickly. Granted, it is an older house and in need of some TLC, but I live in Tasmania and was not able to do anything about it. Iris didn't give up tho. She kept showing people thru until finally someone showed up that was prepared to do a bit of work and make the house their own. I am so grateful to Iris for not giving up or loosing interest. She is definately number ONE for me 🤗
We found Iris to be very proffesional with the sale of this difficult property. When we were disheartened by the lengthy process Iris kept everything moving foward her attention to detail and knowledge of the industry got this property over the line.
Iris had our property under offer within a week. We also had two offers to chose from. Iris had great attention to detail and provided advice and feedback that helped with our decision. As we were interstate Iris kept us informed and even provided photo updates. Highly recommend Iris for anyone wanting to sell a property.
Iris was great to deal with. She went above and beyond with a few items that needed to be rectified prior to settlement. Iris was professional to deal with and her communication to keep us updated was excellent.
Iris has been great throughout the process - providing excellent advice and service and keeping me up to date at all stages of buying. I wouldn't go to anyone else if I was selling a house in Kalgoorlie.
Iris had the difficult situation of selling a home that was leased out to tenants, with a seller from interstate. A potential nightmare was made stress free. Iris has been a great communicator, honest and reliable. She has been a pleasure to deal with. Great agent and person. Thanks!
