Well, after previous failures in attempts to sell my property I was approached by Iris. I firstly understood what was saying would that would help speed up the sale....I did that and she was "action" woman. Plus she kept me informed all the way, bothered to do 2/3 things she neednt have and generally was an excellent communicator. Plus I felt she really cared about helping me sell !.
