Honesty is the best when it comes to selling your home. You don’t want someone coming in setting your expectations too high. I really appreciated that Ivan spent the time going through my investment property with me telling me all the little DIy things I could do to get max value. First open we had 46 groups through and second open we had 26 groups. Sold within 2 weeks. Great price and they negotiated well. You won’t be disappointed using Ivan.
