A good work ethic, customer service and knowledge of the market all combined to give a good result.

So glad I chose Jake and his team to handle the sale of my home in Junction Hill. Even though the market was strong at the time and I had high expectations, Jake worked hard to get me a premium price and sell above market value. His regular updates, good advice about advertising on the internet and using No Price Marketing all helped in a quick sale. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jake to others wanting to sell or buy.
