Jack was the agent for our first home purchase. As we were in unfamiliar territory, we were anticipating a stress filled and hectic 4 weeks from our successful auction bid until settlement date. Fortunately this was not the case and Jack was part of the reason, answering all of our questions promptly and making every effort to ensure that we and our mortgage broker and solicitor had all the information we needed. Jack was also very easy to deal with, very approachable, professional and friendly.

At the end of last year we decided to list our home with one of the larger Real Estate Agencies in Balmain. We decided to go with them as they had a long track record and came highly recommended. Unfortunately, after showing our home nineteen times they could not get us an offer any where near what they had recommended to us that we could get. Therefore, we decided to take it off after fourteen weeks of being on the market, with a view to putting it back on in the new year. We had known Jack Parry from Ray White Balmain for about 12 months as he had knocked on our door one day to ask if we would be interested in a market appraisal of our home. As we were doing major renovations at the time we asked him if he would come back when we were finished. Over that next 12 months Jack kept in constant contact with us and we believed that we would list it with him when the time came. However, we thought we should get at least one other appraisal, which we did and we very unfortunately decided to go with them and their very 'slick' campaign, which cost us a considerable amount of money. Needless to say it was money not well spent. Earlier this year Jack visited us to see if we were considering selling as he had a client he thought would love our house. We set up an inspection time within a few days. They came back to Jack within a couple of days with a price that exceeded our expectations and we exchanged contracts that day. It all seemed too good to be true after what we had endured in the first campaign. We can honestly say that Jack is one of the most honest and sincere young men we have met. He must have been upset when we originally went with the other agency after all the hard work he had put in.
