My partner and I cannot recommend Jacob highly enough! During the lead up to placing our property on the market, as many people do, we interviewed multiple agents. We believe Jacob really stood out compared other agents due to his local knowledge, sales history in the area, attitude & enthusiasm. Other agents suggested our sale price to be around the $620,000 mark which is what we thought. Jacob suggested it would be closer to the $630,000 - $650,000 bracket. At first, we were a little concerned that he may have over shot the mark however, he was very confident & certain he had a buyer for our property. I really cannot recommend Jacob highly enough to you. As the buyer of a property Jacob went above and beyond the call of duty, and made the purchase as stress free as he could. Nothing was too much trouble for Jacob, and his communication was excellent, never left me waiting for answers.
