Once the sales process was in full swing, Jacob maintained a consistent communications plan with both my wife and I, always focusing on the positives, while being transparent and realistic about the negatives. Knowing that we had bought prior to selling (and with no offers before our set auction date), Jacob kept us focused on the process, remained positive and at no point pressured us to sell if we were not happy with the result. Jacob made us feel like we were the only customer he had. Nothing was too hard or unrealistic. We had no outstanding needs - everything we wanted was done before the fact. A very rare sales skill. I believe Jacob has an equally impressive team behind him, especially owner and mentor Wayne Elly who needs to be congratulated for running such a firm. Jacob tactfully exposed us to Wayne at critical moments in the sales process. Wayne's reputation is built on honesty and integrity, traits that his team (including Jacob) clearly have. I hope to never have to buy or sell another home (!) but if I do, I know for certain I will only use Jacob Davis (or GH Elly Partners). And most importantly, on auction day we achieved a great result!
