This mid-century house had been designed by a leading Sydney modernist architect in the late 1950's and built in what was then bush, at the end of a dirt track above Balmoral Beach. It served as our family home for sixty years and never lost its unique character. As such, it was not a typical Mosman home. Its sale required a marketing strategy that matched its unique qualities to the demands of sophisticated modern buyers. Jacqui was able to design such a strategy and put it into effect with energy, attention to detail and very effective communication. The almost complete shutdown of the market during Covid-19 proved to be no obstacle and the large number of bidders at the auction brought in a price well above our reserve. Jacqui knows Mosman extremely well and understands what people want when they buy there. Her connections into the market are excellent.
