Rebekah and i were both overseas, in different locations, for most of the time it was on the market and Jacqui kept us informed with both written and telephone summaries of progress. She had a good feel for the market and for the people who showed interest. She was able to identify the serious interest very quickly. Once expressions of interest were in Jacqui managed the delicate process of securing the final sale, again keeping us in the loop at all times. She was complimented on her skill as an open and transparent negotiator by all involved. Since then she has continued to monitor the sale process, even after it's transfer to the conveyancers. We met Jacqui in earlier this year when she took us through a listing in Mosman. She took the time to listen and understand our needs. She checked in with us a couple of times throughout the year to see if we were still looking, letting us know she hasn't found it yet but has us in mind. In September she called to tell us about a new listing which would be perfect for us and we agreed. Jacqui has always been generous with her time and expertise of the local area.
