I had a very positive experience dealing with the Jade throughout the purchase process. She is professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with, and kept me well informed at each stage. The whole process was handled smoothly and efficiently, which made buying the property much less stressful. I really appreciated her help.

I got a call from Jade within a few hours since making the enquiry. Jade made herself available for a private inspection that worked with my schedule. Jade also followed up the additional documents and provided them to me promptly which helped me make decision. Jade kept me updated with my offer every step of the way. She is a good communicator, a friendly person and also very efficient. Overal the experience has been great buying this property with her.

Jade has been such a pleasure to work with! She was initially helping us find a new home, and we enjoyed working with her so much that we asked to work with her to sell our current home! She’s friendly, a great communicator and always has a smile on her face, which brings a lot of comfort during what can be an uncertain time. We felt like we were being supported by a knowledgeable team from start to finish, and we would recommend Jade with no hesitation!

Jade from Jellis Craig helped us buy our first home and we couldn't have asked for a better agent. As first home buyers we had so many questions, and Jade was patient, explained everything clearly, and never pressured us. She guided us through the process, grants, and paperwork. Highly recommend Jade if you’re buying your first home!

As anyone who has sold a home knows, it can be a very stressful time, but Jade made the entire process so much easier - thank you Jade ! Her communication was outstanding—she kept us informed every step of the way, was always approachable, and responded promptly to any questions we had - professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything ran smoothly and got done efficiently. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and are so grateful for all of Jade's hard work. We highly recommend Jade and the team at Jellis Craig to anyone looking to sell their home.

Jade was a refreshing change. Knowledgable, professional and willing to go above and beyond to ensure her clients were looked after. Not something I experience often as a buyers agent. As an industry professional I would have no hesitations in recommending her services.
