With me living interstate, and despite all several challenges faced, Jade continued to pursue all my interest towards the sale of my property. Jade gave useful, honest, and prompt advices all through the journey, that I had no regrets following any. I did not have the opportunity to meet Jade in person all through, however, she gave me many reasons to trust her expertise. Jade was very professional and I received regular updates on the interest shown in my property. When the first offer did not get finance, Jade had kept in touch with other interested buyers and managed to get a second offer that was successful. I would definitely recommend her.

We had been listed with another agent for months before deciding to look elsewhere for an agent. Upon first meeting Jade, she was very friendly, personable and displayed an air of confidence. She gave us a realistic valuation of our property along with sales history of comparable properties and a forecast of the predicted market future.
