Jade was courteous, efficient and answered all my queries promptly. She is knowledgeable and was very professional in all her dealings with me. My purchase did have some delays while I was getting finance from the bank but Jade was patient and helpful making the whole process straightforward. I would certainly recommend Jade as an agent.
Jade was great! She really made the whole process easy and stress free. She provided a realistic evaluation of our property and knew about the going market value of houses in the area. We would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell their property.
As an executor of my parents' estate, I felt that my agent, Jade Shani, was empathetic to my situation. At no point did I feel like my childhood home was just another property she was selling. She was honest about her expectations and was committed to getting us the best possible outcome. She communicated effectively throughout the entire process and responded promptly to any query I had. Overall, Jade's service was impeccable and I would recommend her to anyone selling property.
Very knowledgeable and pleasant providing a valuable service. Would highly recommend.
Jade's prompt response to my online search of an estate agent to sell my property got me convinced about her. After, the initial phone conversation with Jade, I decided she was the one. With me living interstate, and despite all several challenges faced, Jade continued to pursue all my interest towards the sale of my property. Jade gave useful, honest, and prompt advices all through the journey, that I had no regrets following any. I did not have the opportunity to meet Jade in person all through, however, she gave me many reasons to trust her expertise. I recommend Jade as she is very professional, communicates promptly, and never gives up. Good job Jade, you're the best, I couldn't have been more satisfied with the whole process. Thank you.
Jade was fantastic in selling our house. She was very informative about the process and always communicated to us promptly. She has a very good attention to detail which helped to sell the house in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend Jade to others seeking to sell their house.
Buying our new house from Jade was such a positive experience. We felt she was honest with us and the negotiation process was fast and not drawn out. She was extremely efficient at everything and always returned our calls, messages or emails very promptly. We most appreciated her honesty as she didn’t play games as like most other real estate agents that we have dealt with previously. We would most definitely use Jade to sell any future properties we may have and would highly recommend her!
Jade was amazing throughout the entire process. I am a first home buyer, and she helped me through every step of the way. Always responded quickly to messages, bent over backwards to fit in with my schedule regarding viewings, and put her extensive experience in real estate on display when she held my hand throughout the pre-settlement inspection. The cherry on top was after settlement, when Jade made a trip specifically to deliver the keys to my office in West Perth. Whether you are a buyer or a seller, I can't recommend Jade highly enough.
Jade was wonderful to work with and from the moment we first met with her, we were confident she would sell our property. Our interactions were always professional and honest. She provided us with realistic expectations and worked hard to get clients in the door to home opens. During a tough market to sell, Jade was able to get us a sale whilst other apartments in the area remain unsold. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Jade as our agent.
I moved here on 1 July and I love living here and knew this place was for me. More importantly Jade was so helpful and professional and always got me the information I needed and got it quickly so I could make informed rational decision. Jade didnt give up until she found me exactly what I wanted. Jade knows the market well and has a genuine nature and enjoys getting people what they want. I went to several other realestate agents in this apartment block and surrounding apartments and I honestly don’t know how other agents make a living. I could see why Jade was able to sell apartments so easily because of the effort she puts in compared to others without doing it in a pushy way. When I first moved in I had one or two issues which were rectified straight away at no cost to myself. If I ever decide to sell or buy I know who I’ll be going to. Thanks Jade
Jade was very professional and I received regular updates on the interest shown in my property. When the first offer did not get finance, Jade had kept in touch with other interested buyers and managed to get a second offer that was successful. I would definitely recommend her.
We had been listed with another agent for months before deciding to look elsewhere for an agent. Upon first meeting Jade, she was very friendly, personable and displayed an air of confidence. She gave us a realistic valuation of our property along with sales history of comparable properties and a forecast of the predicted market future. From the first open we were provided with feedback, tips and constant communication. With our previous agent we had numerous opens without anyone showing up, not once did we have this problem with Jade. This is a credit to her work ethic, she was constantly putting in work to get potential buyers through the door and giving our property the audience it deserved. After less than three months she secured an offer of only four thousand short of our asking price. After some excellent negotiating from Jade, she managed to increase the offer to our asking price and sealed the deal at 8.30 pm the same evening, showing her commitment to her seller and job. Jade is extremely professional, hard working and was the perfect agent we needed to sell our property in a tough market. We could couldn't rate our selling expierence with her highly enough.
