As i was working away a lot i thought selling a property would be painful especially in the current market. When selecting an agent i found jade extremely helpful and honest. Even before i decided to sign with Jade she provided we with very reasonable quotes for works like painting, carpets, gardening and house furnishings she thought would improve my chances of a sale which other agents simply did not bother to do. I decided to go with Jade for the dedication and effort she had demonstrated even before i put pen to paper. I took Jade's advice with regards to the minor improvements which she organised and had carried out in timely fashion. The end result was a sale only after a couple of days of being on the market for a price i was more than happy with. I will definitely be using Jade again in the future if i need to sale another property.
