It was a pleasure working with Jade getting this house. Understandable when it came to any troubles I encountered and did her most to ensure everything was alright. Thanks very much Jade!

Thank you Jade. Your help was very much appreciated.

Right from the start to the finish Jade was professional and thorough in managing and executing the sale of my condo. She knew the area and the market and advised me accordingly. I live in Canada, so I was worried about my absence, but Jade looked after all details so that I did not worry. I am a professional myself, and Jade's services exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Jade to anyone selling in the Cockburn Central area!

My husband and i brought a house that Jade was selling. Jade was very helpful in every aspect and was on call through the process of buying our forever home. i would highly recommend her . Tamara Quigg

As i was working away a lot i thought selling a property would be painful especially in the current market. When selecting an agent i found jade extremely helpful and honest. Even before i decided to sign with Jade she provided we with very reasonable quotes for works like painting, carpets, gardening and house furnishings she thought would improve my chances of a sale which other agents simply did not bother to do. I decided to go with Jade for the dedication and effort she had demonstrated even before i put pen to paper. I took Jade's advice with regards to the minor improvements which she organised and had carried out in timely fashion. The end result was a sale only after a couple of days of being on the market for a price i was more than happy with. I will definitely be using Jade again in the future if i need to sale another property.

Jade was amazing! Seemed to know all about the current market. Was upbeat, encouraging, very friendly but professional at all times. Lifted me up when I was feeling flat at times and then my place sold and for the price I wanted. I was a very happy customer 😀

Jade was a wonderful agent and assisted above and beyond. Thank you for all of your help. You made the purchasing of my apartment a very smooth and enjoyable experience :)
