Jake was highly dedicated and motivated in relation to the sale of our property. He gave excellent marketing exposure online and through other advertising sources. Jake's professionalism and interpersonal skills were outstanding. He kept us up to date at every stage of the sale and was always only a phone call away. Jake's knowledge of our local area and the market was excellent. I would highly recommend Jake Theodore as a Real Estate Agent. Our Property sold within hours of going live online. Thanks Jake!!

We could not have asked for a more seamless process in purchasing a home. Jake was professional, prompt in answering any queries and his friendly manner made him a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend Jake for any real estate matters.

Jake knew his market, had a process and followed through. He kept up communication so I knew what was going on with the property at all times. The service and advice was outstanding.

Jake is a very easy bloke to communicate with ,he kept me informed of the progress of the sales without being in my ear every day , he offers suggestions to move the sale along but is not pushy and respects the vendors opinions and decision , Jake negotiated the deals well on both properties which ending in what I believe was a good deal for all . I would recommend Jake to anyone buying or selling .

We knew we had to get a result in a short amount of time. So the decision to have Jake sell the property wasn't hard. Richardsons process on how they go about selling was what we needed to get the job done. From presentation, staging, marketing and through to negotiation, Jake had his finger on the pulse. His ability to keep buyers and us well informed as the campaign progressed was impressive. His ability to create competition between buyers led to multiple offers, with the end result achieving way above our expectations. It was clear that we found the best buyer in the market so the decision was made very easy. Thanks Jake and Richardson's team on a job well done.

Jake was very easy to talk to, explained everything very clearly and made the whole process very simple and stress free! Would recommend Jake to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Recently I engaged Jake Theodore to undertake the sales and marketing for our property. His knowledge or the area, communication and marketing were on par. He was professional in all his correspondence and assisted in all other matters to assist with the sale. The property went to market and had offers within the first week. He negotiated a very successful sale which left both parties satisfied. I recommend Jake to others looking to sell or buy a home in the area.

Thanks Jake for helping me with the recent purchase of my property. Totally professional and approachable which made the transaction pleasant.
