Jake has been a pleasure to deal with throughout this purchase. His communication is excellent, from texting (which is so convenient!) to returning calls and emails within an efficient time frame. Even as the buyer I felt like he was working for me yet if I was to ever sell a property I would certainly feel more than comfortable with him as an agent as I have seen how hard he works to get a great outcome for all parties involved.

Putting my house on the market with Petrusmas was always going to be the way, having made 4-6 purchases/sales with them in the past. My dealings with Jake as a purchaser of a property gave me the impression he was at all times genuine and professional in his advice and information he supplied keeping in mind I am fully aware he is firstly acting in the interests of the vendor. I would employ Jake to take on the sale of my property when I decide to sell.

We had been considering the sale of our house for some time due to a desire to move to our other property on the East Coast of Tasmania and further develop an existing house of some age on the property. We contacted Jake Towns through a flyer left at our address and he agreed to give us his assessment on our Howrah home although it was envisaged it would be some time before it would be introduced to the market. We were approached by another real estate agency when they heard through and "acquaintance" we were moving closer to entering the market. We agreed to allow them a two week window to test the market and although they had quite a number of interested parties no deals were completed during this two week period.( I advised Jake of our involvement with another agency and assured him if no deal was made he would then be given the opportunity to place the property into the market place ). Jake contacted us after the two week period and we then agreed for him to handle the sale. Everything pertaining to the sell was completed quickly and efficiently and we took Jakes' advice on how it should be marketed. Consequently the house was sold at an agreed price within 5 days of the For Sale sign being erected and the advertisement being place in the Real Estate Guide and on the Internet. I can only commend Jake and his team particularly Jasmine at Petrusma Real Estate Howrah on a great job and I would certainly have no hesitation on using them again.

Jake first appraised my house approximately 18 months ago. One of the reasons I chose Jake as my agent was his friendly and up-front communication style. He kept in touch with me about sales in my area but was never pushy about getting me to sell. When I listed my house, Jake and his team got things moving very quickly (photos, internet) but best of all he negotiated an excellent price, one that I didn't even dream was possible.
