Jake was proactive in noticing that the house was for rent and for sale on Gumtree. We were looking for options. I didn't want to list the property, but Jake asked if he could come around for a look. He said we were on the money and that he could sell it easily as he had overflow customers from another sale close by. We have had a great experience with Jake and the team. As the purchaser of a property I felt we were kept up to date on every little step and felt that the communication to us was their highest priority. I would like to make a special mention to Jasmine who made herself contactable to us through phone, email, text at anytime and was always very helpful. From the outset of meeting Jake he was friendly and approachable. He gave us an honest opinion of the value of our property due to his abundant knowledge of the area and gave suggestions on small improvements that where needed to ensure we got the best price. He kept in contact with us reguarly with updates and checkins which was greatly appreciated due to having newborn and never finding the time to call him ourselves. (Also lovely and unexpected to receive a card in the mail congratulating us on our new addition) I think its also important to mention that even though Jake is always available to you when needed he is backed up by a fantastic support team in Jasmine who also was a pleasure to deal with.
