James Annett was professional, polite and friendly. He made himself available and that is why we were able to make the offer after seeing the property. He followed up with the vendor that afternoon and we secured the offer that night 31/12. I had 2 other properties I was looking at and I didn’t receive the same service and moved onto the agent that could make it happen.
