We don't do reviews as a rule but ....5 BIG stars from my recent experience on a sale. Andrew James and James Annett with their experience and integrity ran a professional campaign with massive feed backs to the last minute. They took care of all facets of the sale from beginning to end. We are impressed with the end result. We have relationships with other local agents, but have no hesitation in recommending Andrew and James because of the detail and care we were given. We have no hesitation in recommending them. Our next sale will definitely be with Andrew James and James Annett.

James Annett & Alex Noutsos were excellent to deal with! I was acting for a a Buyer, and Alex was on duty the day I inspected the Property for my Buyer. He was friendly, helpful and professional - all we hope for. When I told him that my Buyer was tending towards wanting me to make an Offer "Prior to Auction", Alex Noutsos had a frank and honest discussion out the front of the Property, there and then, of what processes that would trigger, and what Belle Armadale's Policy is for dealing with good Offers Prior to Auction. That was all completely acceptable to me - so we made our Offer the next day. James Annett then took the time and trouble to call me on Easter Sunday, whilst he was away for the Long Weekend (!) - which was fine with me - in fact, I really appreciated it. James re-iterated everything Alex had said, confirmed the timeline he would give the other Buyers to put in competing Offers (Which was also a fair time limit, and a fair process to look after his Vendor to make sure our Offer was a good "Market Offer"). At the end of that time limit two days later - I had one happy Buyer and the Vendor also got a decent Market Price - so everybody was really happy - including me!

James was highly professional but in a relaxed easy going manner. A refreshing and rare quality to find in a real estate agent. Great communicator and listener and the whole process was too easy!
