James and his team did a great job selling my mothers house in Avalon. He adopted a realistic, non-aggressive approach with both us as vendors and also potential buyers. Certainly not one of the "sharkish" brigade of agents becoming all too frequent! Market turned a little south on us from original expectations, but we got a decent sale in the end. The whole process with James and his team was very smooth.
