After an extremely long time looking at houses, we had got to know all the agents in the neighbourhood and always enjoyed chatting with the McGrath team the most. They are friendly and consistently helpful, generous with their time and expertise, light-hearted and just all round nice people. While we wanted to buy from them, we wondered if there was a chance things might get less pleasant when it got down to business. We know a number of agents resort to some dodgy moves.
