There are 12 real estate agents in the Lane Cove Village so it is with some trepidation when we had to choose an agent to represent us and sell the the biggest financial investment we have in a turning property market. Don't get me wrong, there are some fantastic agents in the Lane Cove area but here are a list of reasons why I was happy I chose Belle and had James representing our home: - positive experiences from our friends in the area. James had sold for a good friend of ours who spoke highly of him. - initial presentation from James and Simon. Key part of the presentation was their track record in my area with a number of street records achieved. Success breeds success and Belle have the results. - another benefit is the strength of their customer database. Because they have such strong coverage in the Lane Cove West market, they had good experience of the prospective customer database. - professional communication. Key to our experience is the detail and communication from James. I always had a strong idea of how well or how badly the campaign was going. Let me be honest, I don't imagine that any sale will be smooth sailing but I feel that with James, I always knew honestly how the transaction was progressing. - nothing was ever too much trouble for James. During the campaign, we were overseas for a week and had some trouble during a storm, James helped organise some handymen to fix the problem in time for the next viewing. - strong supporting team. I found the entire Belle team to be really professional and helpful...big call outs to Simon and Lili as well. With Belle, it was clear that it wasn't just about the one agent that you deal with all the time but the entire team that supports the engagement. Overall, very happy with the process and result that we got working with James and the team at Belle. Would definitely recommend them.

After 12 months of frustration with agents and their estimates, thoughts and honesty, finally we found one! James provided us with a no-garbage outline of what we needed to do, say and offer to secure the property and he was 100% true to his words. Once we secured the property, we wanted to return twice prior to the end of cooling off. This was no issue for James. He even me us at the apartment with 10 minutes notice on the second occasion. We have also requested further access prior to settlement which he is happy to oblige. I cannot recommend James any higher....his honesty and integrity is first class and most other agents could take a leaf out of his book.
