I can’t speak highly enough of James and his team. I needed a quick sale in a very depressed Sydney market as I was moving interstate. I needed help with window cleaners and jet pressure cleaning of brickwork, advice re internal layout to maximise the appeal etc. The team provided options for me and worked very quickly to get my property advertised. James negotiated with the potential purchaser several times and managed to get a more acceptable result for me in a very short space of time. From a first Saturday open house, to a signed, acceptable contract for me, the sale was completed at 5pm on the following Tuesday - only a few days later. Cannot thank James and the team enough.
