I think the review title says it all. I bought my new house through James at YPA and then sold my old house with James at YPA. I feel YPA really know the west (Werribee and Wyndham Vale), they are great. And super helpful and go above and beyond. Should I say this - but James even moved some last minute rubbish from my house to ensure settlement went through - now thats service. Really happy with James and YPA. Couldn't recommend them enough.

James was excellent, honestly couldn’t of asked for a better agent. James went above and beyond my expectations when it came to helping me purchase my first property. He was professional, very honest, efficient and readily available with replying to emails and phone calls. James was very patient in answering questions and never once did I feel forced into making decisions instantly like you do with other agents. His communication skills were great, always kept me updated so I knew what was happening at each stage of the process. Anyone looking for a good and honest agent would have to look no further!
