He is also very prompt and kind in answering all of the questions that any first home buyer would have. It is not easy to find people with these two qualities! Being the first home buyer, I had lot of questions and concerns. James was always there to address all of those, this allowed me to take better decisions without any hassle. I think the review title says it all. I bought my new house through James at YPA and then sold my old house with James at YPA. I feel YPA really know the west (Werribee and Wyndham Vale), they are great. And super helpful and go above and beyond. Should I say this - but James even moved some last minute rubbish from my house to ensure settlement went through - now thats service. Really happy with James and YPA. Couldn't recommend them enough.
