Consummate professional

James was 100% helpful from the start of the process to the end. I was particularly impressed with how he managed the relationships with the 'real' buyers, keeping them engaged. We were selling an apartment in a block that had some significant building problems (obviously in the contract) making it less attractive to buyers. Through that James maintained those relationships and we got a good sale.
