We met James after we were unsucessful in selling our house withvanother Agent. James helped us prepare the property for sale identifying areas we could add Sale value at litte cost. Also helped us getting tradies. He went through tge whole sale proceess and plan with us and prepared us us for the whole process to our sucessfull sale. Overall found James to be genuine. Structured hard working and great person to deal with. I would definitely select him again for our future purchases and sales.

His knowledge of the market was sound although he did not use it to force a position but rather to give the purchaser information, to reach their own conclusions. I would recommend James to either a purchaser or a vendor he displayed a sound knowledge of the market and the area without pushing it down your throat in the egotistical manner so often associated with agents in the Manly area.

It was my lucky day wben l chose gentleman James to list my property. I am 84 and decided it was time to move to a retirement village. James delivered what he said he would - a great result in a short period of time. He was very professional , always kept us informed and provided sound advice that allowed us to achieve a result well above our expectations.

I was impressed with James follow-up on my i terest for the house that I visited on the very first viewing. I had discarded from my shortlist, believing it would go for a much higher price point than what I was prepared to invest; James followed up with me 3 weeks later just a few days prior to the auction to advise that he felt it would be in my ballpark. I won the auction but went home on that Saturday empty handed as we were below the vendor reserve price. I have experienced other similar situations where agent would wait until the next week to reach out and try to negitiate, not James. The late afternoon and evening were intense with clear communication going both to the vendors and myself but by 10pm Saturday night, we had reached an agreement and signed all paper work with a positive outcome for all :-)
