Any requests we made were handled promptly and with a smile and we felt James was very open and uncomplicated to deal with as the buyers. It was my lucky day wben l chose gentleman James to list my property. I am 84 and decided it was time to move to a retirement village. James delivered what he said he would - a great result in a short period of time. He was very professional , always kept us informed and provided sound advice that allowed us to achieve a result well above our expectations.

I was impressed with James follow-up on my i terest for the house that I visited on the very first viewing. I had discarded from my shortlist, believing it would go for a much higher price point than what I was prepared to invest; James followed up with me 3 weeks later just a few days prior to the auction to advise that he felt it would be in my ballpark. I won the auction but went home on that Saturday empty handed as we were below the vendor reserve price. I have experienced other similar situations where agent would wait until the next week to reach out and try to negitiate, not James. The late afternoon and evening were intense with clear communication going both to the vendors and myself but by 10pm Saturday night, we had reached an agreement and signed all paper work with a positive outcome for all :-)

My wife and I visited the property that James sold to us 4 times (2 times outside of opening hours) before we were fortunate enough to secure it at auction.
