I had been considering selling my house for a few years as i wanted to downsize and lose the maintenance of a big house however the timing was never quite right as the whole prospect of it seemed too daunting! When we decided recently to sell our home we selected James & Jane to handle the sale, impressed by seeing them in action at local listings. What we got in terms of service was much more than we ever expected! James & Jane knew we were both working full time. They stepped in and handled the entire process of readying the house for sale. They arranged on our behalf decorators, floor polishers, a gardener and a stylist. They even spent a day in pouring rain helping the gardener plant-out the garden as part of our plan to present the house in in its best light. Their knowledge of the area, the local market was second to none. They handled a complex campaign, bringing about a sale (before auction) at a price we were delighted with and well beyond our expectations. Briefing us regularly throughout, visiting on many occasions to talk through the campaign strategy later in the evenings to suit our busy work schedule, were all part of a very professional service.
