James had very good knowledge of what was selling in our area and kept us up to date with what was happening around us. James kept us up to date with offers and clients comments. At the selling point James was able to get us a better price than we expected. The market was down and interest in our property very low, allthough we finally accepted much lower than we had hoped, I think James managed to squeeze the best offer possible at that point

My husband was very sceptical about all Real Estate agents but once he met James and listened to what he had planned for our home and a sales strategy he was totally on board. The Auction process was so simple and James popped around a couple of times just to make sure we were comfortable with all aspects of it. James made home opens a breeze and we had really quick communication with how many came through after the open and then lots of communication through the week regarding the following up of the people he had shown through. He accommodated our every need and alleviated all of our fears and anxieties that come with selling your life's work.
